Kassi’s lawyer criticizes Didi’s allegations that the video of the attack has been changed

Lawyer, Douglas Wigdour, criticized the allegations, adding that the video “fair and accurate” represents the attack.

Before the trial of sex crimes in Didi, his defense team claimed that CNN destroyed the only version of a video claiming to show the rapper who attacks his ex -girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassi” Ventura.

Kassi’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdour, has now responded to these claims, and he is telling TMZ They are a “deceptive argument” from the Didi legal team, who submit legal documents to exclude the video from his next trial.

The lawyer went on to say that the proposal of the rapper’s defense team to exclude the video will fail, because he believes that the footage is depicted precisely what happened during the attack.

“I am sure that the video represents what happened and the accuracy of what happened, it will be accepted as evidence,” he said, adding that Didi “will be held accountable for his corruption.”

The claims submitted by Deddy lawyers were submitted in a joint message about the evidence in his federal case, where the rapper faces the charge of sex, extortion and transportation to participate in prostitution.

Moreover, they claimed that the accident was not in line with the allegations of federal prosecutors of sex or forced sex.

Cassy video was released to attack a wave of reverse reaction against Didi, which led him to issue an apology for his actions in the clip.

Before his trial, Didi is detained at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn, New York.

He was in the federal facility since he was arrested last September, with his multiple requests for guarantee.

The rapper is scheduled to be tried for the month of May, and if convicted, he may face the maximum life sentence.

Amid his detention, the Federal Public Prosecutors added the claim of forced labor for the previous charges, to all the United States of America today.

Pray that he “maintains control of some employees in the field of business” and “forced them” to “work for long hours with a little sleep, by using, among other things, physical strength, psychological harm, financial harm, reputation harm, and/or threats.”

However, the rapper, through his lawyer, again, denied the accusation, just as he did for previous sex crimes.
