Day, who hosts the “How to Fail” podcast and recently interviewed Baldoni, made the decision to cut ties with the “It Ends with Us” actor by deleting the episode.
In a statementShe informed her fans that she wanted to “remove her recent ‘How to Fail’ interview with Justin Baldoni from all platforms” due to “the hurtful allegations made against him in Blake Lively’s recent (file).”
“Every individual has the right to a safe workplace. Every woman has the right to dignity in that workplace,” Day wrote in a statement shared on social media. “All forms of abuse must be eradicated, and I applaud the individuals who have the courage to do so.”

For those who didn’t get a chance to hear his episode, Baldoni spoke with Day about being diagnosed with ADHD at age 40 and said he “almost had a breakdown” while directing and starring in “It Ends with Us.”

Who is Justin Baldoni accused of?

Lively has made serious allegations against her former co-star, claiming that she was subjected to repeated instances of sexual harassment while filming her latest project. These allegations include inappropriate comments about her appearance, asking her to be naked in scenes that did not require it, and even physical misconduct.
“For example, Mr. Baldoni surreptitiously bit and sucked Ms. Lively’s lower lip during a scene in which he improvised several kisses in each take,” the lawsuit said. Baldoni insisted on filming the entire scene over and over again, far beyond what would have been required on a normal set, and without prior notice or approval.

The suit also alleges that Baldoni “inserted unscripted sexual content and/or scenes involving nudity into the film (including a minor character) in ways that were deeply disturbing” without Lively’s prior knowledge or consent.

Justin Baldoni’s lawyer responds to Blake Lively’s accusations

In a Dec. 23 statement, Baldoni’s attorney, Brian Friedman, addressed Lively’s latest allegations. Friedman refuted allegations that Baldoni or his team engaged in a smear campaign against Lively, stating that The Agency Group (TAG PR) acted within the scope of their professional duties when representing their client.
He also called Lively’s claims “false, outrageous and intentionally obscene with the intent of public harm.”

Shortly after news broke that Lively had filed the lawsuit, she issued a statement to New York TimesShe expressed: “I hope that my legal action will help draw the curtain on these evil retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak out about misconduct and help protect others who may be targeted.”
