In a file he obtained Fox News DigitalJay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, has expressed concerns that the rapper’s accuser will destroy evidence in their case after the alleged victim admitted making mistakes in her claims.

As part of the documents, the attorney urged the court to compel the unidentified accuser and her attorney, Tony Buzbee, to “preserve all evidence relevant to this case.”

Jay-Z’s lawyer also poked holes in the alleged victim’s case, pointing out mistakes she made in her claims during the interview.

This includes Jane Doe’s claim that the assault occurred at a private residence, which according to Jay Z’s lawyer does not exist.

“The timeline, location, and occurrence of the events alleged in Plaintiff’s complaint are made impossible by these admissions,” Jay-Z’s attorney also wrote in the documents. “The factual inconsistencies, the impossibility of the timeline, and the lack of supporting evidence make Plaintiff’s claims… completely unreliable.”
