South Sudan on the brink of another civil war, the United Nations warned, weeks after the escalation of violence and high tensions between Vice President Rick Machar and President Salva Kiir.
After Machar was placed under the arrest of the house this week, his party said that the 2018 peace agreement that ended years of fighting had collapsed.
