The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) warned Rafael Grouosi that Tehran was about to build a nuclear bomb before his visit to Iran on Wednesday. Grusi is expected to meet with senior Iranian officials before the second round of the talks between Iran and the United States on Saturday.
