India says that the broad understanding of the United States in trade

India and the United States have reached a large scale to the following steps towards a multi -sectors trade agreement beneficial to the two parties (BTA), with the aim of finishing the first slide by the fall of 2025.

Development is assumed to be important before the mutual definitions that Washington will impose on countries, including India, from April 2 due to the alleged unfair commercial practices.

According to an official edition, the levels of experts in the sector under the BTA will start in the coming weeks and pay the road to a tour of early negotiation. Priority fields will include increasing access to markets, reducing definition and non -carrier barriers and deepening the completion of the supply chain in a useful way for both parties.

“As a follow-up to the joint statement between India-the United States on February 13, 2025, where the two sides agreed to expand the scope of bilateral trade to reach $ 500 billion by 2030, including through the conclusion of a bilateral trade agreement, representatives of the Indian Ministry of Commerce and the US Trade Representative Office in New Delhi said from 26-29 March 2025,”

The meeting in New Delhi follows the visit of the Minister of Trade and Union Industries, Joach Joyal to Washington, DC from 4 to 6 March, during his American counterpart-American commercial representative Jameson Jarir and Minister of Trade Howard Lottenic and subsequent video conferences between the two sides, and the statement added.

The successful conclusion of the discussions reflects the progress of efforts to expand relations between India, invest in India and investment to enhance prosperity, security and innovation in both countries. The statement said that these steps are designed to cancel new opportunities for companies, push bilateral economic integration, and to enhance economic partnership between India and the United States.

India and the United States expressed their satisfaction with the results of the meeting and reaffirmed its dedication to continuous cooperation. The statement added that both sides are looking to build on this teacher in the coming months to put the finishing touches on BTA, which ensures that it corresponds to the common goals of prosperity, flexibility and mutual benefits.
