Thronglets is another step in creating Netflix’s story for the most remedial storytelling story through games and other media, not just movies and TV series.

When I started playing the crowds after watching the Black Mirror Episode PlayThing game, I felt strange. Interacting with this piece of media that has severe consequences in the exhibition, I dragged me into thinking that I was playing with fire. I also could only feel that while I was playing this game, I was isolating myself from others, like Walker at the show. Walker says early in the episode that games are a kind of escape, and the game and the episode may work alongside to refute it. They may try to say that even if we find consolation in games like Thronglets because the outside world is scary, we may still face something in games, like a bridge made of bones.
