How to change the default search engine in Google Chrome

Adjust your search engine

By default, when you type a search query in the address bar at the top of the Chrome interface and press Enter, you’ll see results from Google Search. You’ll also see Google’s search engine front and center if you open a new tab in your browser. These two settings can be changed from their initial configurations.

To choose a new search engine for the address bar, click the three dots in the browser tab (top right), then choose Settings. on Search engine tab, click Search engine management and search. You’ll get five options that you can flip through, and some alternatives will already be listed. If the search engine you want to use is listed here, click the three dots to its right, then choose Make default. If you don’t see the search option you want, click He adds Next to Site Search at the bottom of the list of search engines.

You can add any search engine to Chrome.
