middle chaos and revolution In the Social Security Administration (SSA) caused by the so -called Elon Musk Ministry of Governmental efficiency (Doge)The employees are now asked to integrate the use of the taking of the Getydded Chatbot AI in their daily work.

But before any of them can use it, they all need to watch a four -minute video clip that includes an animated woman and four fingers drawn in a style that does not appear in place on the web sites created in the first part of this century.

Regardless of the graphics dating back to the era of the web, the video also fails for its primary purpose of informing SSA employees about one of the most important aspects of using Chatbot: Do not use any PII when using the assistant.

“We apologize for supervising our training video,” SSA wrote in a fact -making newspaper about Chatbot that was shared in an email to employees last week. The WIRED newspaper, the WIRED, adds that employees who use Chatbot should “refrain from downloading PII to Chatbot.”

Work began on Chatbot, which is called the agency’s support companion, about a year ago, a long time before Musk or Doge arrives at the agency, telling one of SSA’s employees on the knowledge of the development of the WIRE app. The application was in a limited test since February, before it was published to all SSA employees last week.

In an email announcement that it is available to all employees this week, and reviewed by WIRED, the agency wrote that Chatbot “is designed to help employees in daily tasks and promote productivity.”

Many SSA employees, including the front office employees, told WIRED that they completely ignored the e -mail about Chatbot because they were very busy with actual work, and compensated for Decreased number of employees in SSA offices. Others said they tested a short period of Chatbot, but they did not like them immediately.

“Frankly, no one has talked about it at all,” one of the sources told Wire. “I am not sure that most of my colleagues watched the training video. I played with Chatbot a little and many of the responses that I received from her were incredibly mysterious and/or inaccurate.”

Another source said that their co -workers were mocking the training video.

“You can hear my co -workers mocking the drawings. No one I know is (using it). It is a very bad clumsy,” the source says, adding that they also got inaccurate information by Chatbot.
