Airport officials said that Heathro Airport in London was closed on Friday after a fire at a nearby power station that caused the power outage.

“Heathrow suffers from a significant power of energy throughout the airport due to a major fire at a nearby power station. While firefighters respond to the accident, we do not face clearly when the power is reliable.”

The spokesman said: “We expect a major disturbance in the coming days, and the passengers should not travel to the airport under any circumstances until the airport is reopened.”

The airport will remain closed until 11:59 pm local time on Friday.
