Harry Kane has opened how his style of overcoming the penalty developed, which led to the influence of the likes of Neymar and Mario Balotelli.

It is originally known for his strong approach from the site, the England captain now gives a priority to read the movements of the goalkeeper before hitting the ball.

Speaking to TNT SPORTS Brasil, Kane explained how he inspired him to monitor a first -class penalty to adjust his routine.

“There are quite a few players over the years who have taken such penalties.

“I think (some players) set out in my head, (Mario) Balotelli was like this, Neymar was like this.

“There were players waiting for the goalkeeper before they hit him. This was not anything that I used to do, I used to go to more strength and accuracy.”

Kane’s decision was affected by renewing his approach to the punishment by his experience in the 2022 World Cup, as he missed a penalty kick in the quarter -finals defeating England against France.

While he diverted a previous penalty in the same match, his second attempt sailed over the bar – a moment that he was still chasing,

He added: “When I missed this punishment in the World Cup, I felt that something I could change, especially if I took a penalty kick in the game.”

“It is something I wanted to try to improve. Thank God, it has been good since then.”

Since joining Bayern Munich, Kane has achieved 34 goals in 41 games in all competitions this season, leading to periodic scoring plans with 23 goals.

More importantly, it was not flawed from the penalty spot in the league – as he transformed all his nine penalties so far this campaign.

He said, “I always try to find few ways to improve.”

“This (taking the punishment) is one of them. Certainly, sanctions have helped this since then. I am in a good way. I just have to continue to do what I do.”
