Arsenal, McCill Artita, says Arsenal is “ready for delivery” against Real Madrid tomorrow night.

Gunners hosts the Spanish giants in the first stage of the Champions League quarter -finals looking to reach the last four for the first time in 16 years.

They could not choose a more strict opponent with Madrid, the most successful club in the history of the Champions League/Europe after they won it 15 times, including last year when they saw Borussia Dortmund in Wembley.

ARTETA knows that Madrid is synonymous with success in this competition, but the Spanish was in a confident mood before Saddam with the UAE with the men of Carlo Ancelotti.

He said: “It is a pleasure to prepare the game, just to look at the reaction of people and how we feel that ourselves are entering into a game of this size. This is the stage in which we want to be, where we must be Arsenal constantly. We are very proud to be there and we are now ready to deliver it.

“8 pm tomorrow night, 11 players, 60,000 people, are really convinced that we are ready to win and overcome them. This is the mentality that I want.

“The rest, … (only) is the team that we were in the last quarter of the season, with all the rise, landing and things that we had to deal with, continuing this because this is our superpower.”

Arteta is desperate to overcome Real Madrid and an edge closer to the silver pots

Despite all the good works he performed in Arsenal since it took over in 2019, ARTETA led them to only one cup – the FA Cup in 2020 – is desperate to change this record.

He added: “For this reason I entered football, and for this reason I entered management, especially this football club. It has been 20 years since we had this type of game, and we have a great opportunity to build our own story and this is what we are here.

“We will put all the ingredients, all in our hands to play the game we want and take the game in the direction we want in order to achieve this. We will also need our people to play every ball with us and this will make a big difference because this is something really required.

“At this stage, you need your home stadium to create a very special atmosphere to create a momentum, so I encourage everyone to go there tomorrow to play the game with us, not to watch it but play the game with us.”

ARTETA has a plan to combat the attacked Real Madrid threat

Arsenal suffered a big blow last week, as the main defender Gabriel followed the rest of the season due to a knee strings against Fulham.

Arteta says he knows what he will do against Madrid in an attempt to combat the massive front of four Kylian Mbappe, Rodrygo, Vinicius JR and Jude Bellingham, but he refused to reveal his plans.

He started with Jacob Kyoror alongside William Saliba It tied 1-1 in Everton on Saturday But Ben White’s ability to play for an hour in Guilison Park means that he has options.

This may be that white moves to the middle, instead of Kiwior, with Jurien Timber starting from the right back.

“It seems like this (every person who was involved in the weekend),” said ARTETA. “We have another training session this afternoon. Ben finished the game (in Everton) and was fine. The rest of the game passed and they were able to do some bits yesterday ready for training today.”

Saka was appointed to start a arsenal

Bukayo Saka is likely to start after getting out of the bench in the last two games after a long layoff.

“It is much better,” ARTETA said of the England wing. “We gradually built his minutes at the end of six or seven days, and he treated it well and he is in a good place to be able to use it.”
