An American federal judge has eliminated that Google has gained illegally and maintained the monopoly of digital declaration, the latest defeat to combat the monopoly of the technology giant, which may force it to strip parts of its business.

Leoni Brinka, the provincial judge who heads the case in Virginia, said on Thursday that Google has monopolized two parts of the digital advertising market: the technology used by publishers via the Internet to sell the advertising space, and the largest exchange of ads on it by companies.

However, BRINKAMA found that the US Department of Justice, which brought the case, was unable to prove that Google was unfairly dominated the third component in the market, declared advertising networks.

“For more than a decade, Google has linked the publisher’s ads servant and exchanged advertisements together through contractual policies and technological integration, which enabled the company to create and protect its monopolistic power in these two markets,” Brenka wrote in its rule.

“Google has established its monopolistic power by imposing anti -competition policies on its customers and eliminating the desired product features,” she added.

“We have won half of this case and we will praise the other half … We disagree with the court’s decision regarding our publisher tools. Publishers have many options and they choose Google because our advertising technology tools are simple, effective and effective.”

This referee is the last victory of the former monopoly officials who Joe Biden appointed by the case and

“Today is a great victory for anti -monopoly, the media industry, the free and open internet … Google is now twice a monopoly,” Jonathan Canter, the former head of the Anti -Anti -Justice Unit at the Ministry of Justice, said in a publication on Thursday.

This ruling comes after a federal judge found in a separate case to combat monopoly that Google has spent billions of dollars on exclusive deals to maintain an illegal monopoly of research. The second phase of the trial, in which the court will determine the treatments next week.

In the case of searching for Google, the Ministry of Justice asked to sell its Chrome browser, stop $ 20 billion of payments to Apple every year to be the virtual search engine, and share more data with competitors.

Trump’s anti -monopoly officials have indicated that they intend to adopt a difficult situation on enforcement, especially against large technology. The US Federal Trade Committee has begun this week to present its case against Mita in a monopolistic trial in the Washington court.

The Ministry of Justice did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
