Gensol Saga: ED is holding Puneet Singh Jaggi, conducting inspections against the company

On April 24th, the Directorate of Enforce (ED) conducted Bonnet Singh Gagi, who participated in Guensol Engineering Ltd Ltd.

According to the PTI report, Punete Jaggi was detained by ED from the Delhi Hotel while Anmol Jaggi is said in Dubai.

The raids were conducted at the company’s headquarters in Delhi, Jorgram and Ahmedabad under the provisions of the Foreign Drainage Management Law (FEMA).

Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi – under the scanner of the investigation agency after the Sebi report against them because of the alleged financial misconduct and money transfer.

The ED procedure depends on the SEBI command that claimed that Gensol has obtained loans from Power Finance Corporation and IRDEA LTD to buy EVS and EPC contracts.

However, according to the sources, the company instead of using these funds for intended purposes has transferred the money to buy assets by the personal name of the promoters or their relatives or in the various shell entities offered by the group.

The Securities and Stock Exchange Council in India (Sebi) prevented Gensol Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi from participating in the stock market and who has held any position as manager or major administrative employees in any listed company.

Sebi launched the procedure after receiving complaints about the manipulation of arrow and shortening prices. The organization’s investigation has found widespread widespread money for the company’s funds and intense phones in the financial controls.

Earlier, the Ministry of Companies Affairs (MCA) started an investigation into the Suo Motu at Gensol Electric, sources said Business TV today. The sources said that the ministry is looking into violations in Gensol Electric, adding that Suo Moto has started and the company’s files and company accounts will be examined. The sources added that any action against the company depends on the results of the investigation. No timetable has been fixed to inquire yet.
