Elon Musk says that Xai has acquired X in the All-Stock deal (tsla: nasdaq)

Elon Musk Detected Late Friday, Xai has gained the start of the Obstetical IQ of its social network X in a deal from all shares.

Musk added that the joint deal is estimated at Xai at $ 80 billion and X at 33 billion dollars, or 45 billion dollars in property rights minus $ 12 billion in debt.
