Discord announced on Monday the launch of the Discord Social SDK, a free tool that allows developers to take advantage of the platform social infrastructure to enhance their social and multi -playing games experiences. The set of tools allows for developers to improve their experiences within the game, whether the players have a dispute account or not.
Social integration includes a unified friends list that allows players to reach their friends in the game and their friends in the game on Discord, which facilitates staying in contact inside and outside the game. In addition, SDK offers a deep -related game that enables players to invite their friends to join directly to their party or lobby.
Contact features include a platform to allow players to continue speaking over the desktop, control unit and mobile phone. Other features include the ability to connect the in -game chats with specific disagreement channels in their servers, and voice chat.

Discord, co -founder of CTO Stan Vishnevskiy said in a press release: “The discovery and keeping the game was not very important, and we are excited to help the developers develop their games by reaching the players wherever they are.”
Discord says that the set of tools is already used by many developers, including Theorycraft games, Facepunch Studios, 1047 Games, Scopely, Mainframe Industries, Elodie Games, Tencent Games, and others.
Discord Social SDK is compatible with C ++, an unrealistic engine, unit, and supports Windows 11+ and MacOS. The company says that supporting the control and mobile phone unit soon.
The platform includes more than 200 million active users per month spending more than 1.5 billion hours in playing games every month on a personal computer alone.
