An American travel blogger has gained attention online after posting a critical review of his Air India business class experience on a flight from London to Amritsar.
Describe it as “Worst business class experience” Drew Penske has had a series of issues before that frustrated him with the $750 seat upgrade he purchased for the nine-hour flight.
Pinsky listed numerous grievances, including a broken, non-reclining chair and a malfunctioning table that left him no choice but to eat his meal on a pillow, which he claimed was “Covered with human hair.”
He also described the area around his seat as extremely dirty, with dirt and dust deep in every crevice.
Penske also criticized the in-flight entertainment system, calling it outdated and unresponsive. The promised Wi-Fi was another disappointment, as it was never connected during the flight. He was not equally impressed with the amenities kit, which included only one lotion that he likened to something from A.J “One star motel.” Moreover, even the hot towel service failed to meet expectations, as the towels were served cold.
In an Instagram post, Binsky shared a video highlighting his character “Pathetic” expertise. He concluded with a sour note: “Thank you, Air India, for this miserable 9 hour experience that I spent $750 to upgrade to. I will ensure I never fly Air India again and I recommend you all stay away unless you want to.”
