Director Clark says Scotland “you still have a job to do.”

Steve Clark, the director of Scotland, says there is still work to do it after they beat 1-0 against Greece over Greece in Athens.

Scott Macomaini scored a penalty and could have been expected at the end of the first half.

But Konstantinos Karetsas, 17, came and caused ruin, with Greece not raising the leg level in Hamdeen Park on Sunday.

Scotland is looking forward to staying in the league A while the Greeks are looking out to get out of the league B after it finished second behind England and before the Republic of Ireland and Finland.

Clark said: “The game is still open. I don’t see the game closed at all,” Clark said.

“I thought the Greeks were good in the second half. They scored them away in the group stages.

“We have shown a real design.”

“They went to Ireland, won comfortably, went to Finland, won comfortably, went to Wembley and won, so the game is still wide open.

“I thought the first half was excellent, we played the ball well, and they created some good opportunities, perhaps it could have been at the forefront at the end of the first half.

“To be fair to the Greeks, they went out in the second half and got us and stopped playing.”
