Diddy’s entourage throws the rapper under the bus in new documentary

In the upcoming project, the music mogul, who is currently facing a barrage of accusations, was turned on by his inner circle, with some claiming that the rapper often had sex with underage females.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has remained incarcerated at New York’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest last September on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.

On January 14, Peacock will debut its long-awaited documentary special about embattled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently facing federal sex crimes charges along with numerous allegations of sexual assault and rape in civil cases.

The streaming platform recently released a trailer for the project ahead of its debut, revealing damning accusations about the rapper and how some of Diddy’s inner circle appear to support the claims surrounding his controversial lifestyle.

Among those interviewed is the rapper’s childhood friend, former bodyguard, and Diddy’s former Uptown Records labelmate, Al B. Absolutely!

“I’ve been with Shawn for a long time and I’ve captured a lot of moments,” an anonymous source can be heard in the trailer, according to Daily Mail. “Any time the studio or any room was lit in red, he was having sex. Certainly some of the girls who were in the room were underage.”

Another source added: “They said they could ship me and sell me to anyone,” in line with allegations that Diddy is involved in sex trafficking.

According to the project’s official filing, Diddy’s documentary features “never-before-seen footage and stories from those who know him best” and “sheds light on his childhood, rise to fame and recent criminal allegations.”

The “Tell-All” also aims to challenge “viewers to rethink everything they thought they knew about the music mogul — and image.”

“Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy” is produced by the joint efforts of Ample Entertainment, Blink Films and FGW Productions.

Executive producers are Ari Mark, Phil Lott, Sumit David, Stephanie Frederick, Laura Jones, and Justin Kershaw, with Sarah Lavery serving as co-executive producer.

It also marks the first project to address sexual assault allegations against Diddy in 2025, and more may follow in the coming months, including a documentary produced by fellow industry rapper 50 Cent.

Late last year, reports emerged that Diddy had a “breakdown” at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York, where he is being held.

The incident allegedly stemmed from the rapper’s frustration that he was still in prison months after his September arrest despite having a “high-powered legal team.”

The music mogul reportedly informed prison guards of his condition and asked to be taken to hospital. However, his request was rejected, forcing him to deal with the situation on his own.

“He was eventually able to calm himself down with a meditation technique he had been using while behind bars,” a source told the outlet about the rapper. Daily Mail.

The rapper took some time to recover from the “bad space,” as the breakup hit him hard.

They added: “It took a few hours of deep breathing and focus to get out of the bad space he was in, but he finally made it.”

Reports of the breakup followed claims the rapper was having a “dismal” Christmas, including not being served any lavish meals to celebrate.

At the time, it was said that the music mogul would only receive “what is available to him from the MDC’s list of commissioners” and a “Christmas or holiday bag.”

“It’s plastic and almost looks like a big pillow and over the years it has shrunk,” prison expert Larry Levin said of the package. Daily Mail.

He added: “It’s a bunch of crap that was probably bought because it was old because the prison system sells you old stuff. And they’re trying to act like they’re doing the inmates a favor.”

Barring any changes, Diddy is likely to remain in prison until his sex crimes trial in May next year.

The rapper made three attempts to secure bail, each time offering a better bond package and stricter bail conditions.

However, all requests were rejected by the judges presiding over the hearings, who cited a variety of concerns, including that Dede was a flight risk and that he might use his freedom to intimidate witnesses in his case.

After the third refusal, the rapper filed a bail appeal challenging the decision but later withdrew the appeal for undisclosed reasons.

If Didi is ultimately convicted of these charges, he could face life in prison if the maximum sentence is imposed.
