Deutsche Bank sees CVS Health (New York Stock Exchange:CVS), Cigna (New York Stock Exchange:C.I) and Humana (New York Stock Exchange:Hmm) All would be significantly affected if Congress passed legislation requiring health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers, or PBMs, to divest their pharmacy businesses.

The bank said this in a recent note
