China waived a 125 % tariff for ethane imports from the United States on Tuesday, according to a Reuters report.
China was initially Tariff Earlier this month as part of its retaliation for the tariff campaign on the liberation day of President Donald Trump. China is responsible for purchasing nearly half of the American ethane exports every year, according to the US Energy Information Administration.
Chinese companies that rely on the United States include satellites, SP, SPEPEC, Sanjiang Fine Chemical and Wanhua Chemical Group, while the main American exporters are institutional products and energy transport.
Ethan joins a growing list of products that China granted introductory exemptions amid the ongoing trade war with Washington.

Last week, Chinese officials granted exemptions for pharmaceutical preparations, fine chips and aircraft engines and were asking companies to set the important goods they needed to impose a tax.
