Chelsea held a transfer talks Rafael Liu with Jorge Mendes

According to Chelsea, initial conversations with Jorge Mendes this week due to a possible move to Milan striker Rafael Liu.

Portugal is a big name and world -class global talent, and Blues fans will surely be excited to see it coming to Stamford Bridge.
