Spanish Carlos Alcaraz arrived in his first final at ATP 1000 within 13 months by winning 7-6 (7-2) 6-4 over Countryman Alejandro Davidovich Fokina at Monte-Carlo Master.
Alcaraz, the French Open champion, reached his first final level since his victory in Indian Wales in March 2024.
The 21 -year -old was released in the Quality Competition against World No. 42, to become the twelfth of Spanish, who is making the final at the prestigious event.
