Britney Spears is speaking out about her forced psychiatric assignment

took to Instagram On Thursday, Britney Spears addressed for the first time those who question and criticize many of her dance videos.

“A lot of people had something to say about me as I express myself through art,” the 43-year-old artist wrote, adding: “I think many of you don’t forget that I still suffer from nerve damage on the entire right side of my body due to… A horrific experience I had where I was placed somewhere against my will and had to sit in a chair for 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 4 months.

In her memoir, The Woman Inside Me, Spears spoke publicly about the horrific ordeal she endured while held against her will in a psychiatric hospital.

According to the singer, this happened after she refused to do a dance step during rehearsals for the since-canceled “Britney: Domination” show in Las Vegas.

Realizing the suspicious nature of it all, Spears continued, “I don’t expect anyone to believe me, but I have timelines for all of this! It was terrible what they did, how they hurt my body.”

Spears is using dance as part of an unconventional “healing process.”

After noting that she deleted several of her dance videos because they weren’t “fun” in them, Spears defiantly stated that she is ready to move on.

“I decided today (to start) the healing process,” the “Brightest Morning Star” singer expressed, “but what I don’t show is my right arm and my stiff hand in the first hour after I wake up every morning. (I’m) unable to move forward ( (them) because of a very sick plan drawn up by ignorant people.”

Spears claims she was eventually helped in her time of need by a rabbi from the Kabbalah Center in Los Angeles, but the extensive damage — which she’s not ready to share — has already been done.

“These people (in psychiatric care) hurt me and I will never come forward and talk about what they did,” Spears said.

“If you read the book, it’s nothing compared to the real damage,” she continued.

Because of what she went through, Britney Spears now says performing has sapped her energy.

“Can you imagine me performing on stage with a childish heart (and) feeling like someone after they made me feel less than nothing,” she asked.

Spears also explained, “I remember the feeling of performing, feeling like Superwoman,” linking her past to being “like a bad[performer].” Beyoncé“.

In early December, Spears shocked fans when she took to Instagram to claim she had moved to Mexico to escape the paparazzi.
