Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was diagnosed on Monday with a bleed between his brain and the dura that protects it, prompting doctors to perform a trepanation, which involves drilling into his skull to relieve pressure. On Friday, Lula posted a video of himself walking without assistance.
