Brandi Glanville defends her chosen vacation plan

The reality TV star has bared her sanity after critics raised eyebrows over her decision to spend the holiday with her children and ex-husband Eddie Cibrian.

Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian finalized their divorce in 2010 after news surfaced that her ex-husband was having an affair with one of her 2008 co-stars.

The Bravo legend explained on her podcast “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” that despite their interesting history, she decided to spend the holiday with Cibrian and his wife LeAnn Rimes out of necessity.

She slammed her critics who preferred the better arrangement that she chose to go to the place where she felt most loved on the holidays.

“What was I going to do? Stay here in my house, be alone over Christmas, or go be with my beloved children and family, who I am obsessed with and love?” – mocked the TV star.

Although Glanville later admitted in the podcast that hanging out with Cibrian and his wife at Christmas felt weird, that didn’t stop her from having a good time. She described the time they spent together on vacation as “beautiful,” adding:

The mother-of-two previously shared a family photo of the team the day after Christmas, which is proof that she really had fun with her baby daddy and his wife.

Glanville and Cibrian have come a long way since their messy divorce. The former couple were married from 2001 to 2009, after getting engaged on New Year’s Eve in 1999.

Before connecting with family for the holidays, Glanville spent a lot of time on social media, trading blame with those involved for her facial disfigurement.

The December post comes five months after Bravo was called out in July for causing her health issues. In her words: “This is why I’m miserable and depressed. I won’t even share a picture when it sinks in. Stress will kill you.”

She urged her fans to take care of themselves and criticized Bravo for making her job impossible because of her appearance.

The 52-year-old backed her claims by promising to pursue legal steps against Bravo and seek justice for herself.

She revealed her intention to file a lawsuit against the network in July for using her as a “fall guy” and causing her extreme emotional distress through their questionable actions.

Glanville is not new to suing those who wronged her. She previously filed a lawsuit against Andy Cohen, the show’s executive producer and talk show host.

The reality TV star indicated that the psychological pressure she was exposed to during the program had an impact on her health, and that she now suffers from “uncontrollable stress-induced angioedema” and a terrible financial crisis.

“I haven’t worked for a year and a half. I’m (too) depressed to do my own podcast and (too) bloated (for) a cameo or OF. I’ve been used as a loser,” the reality star noted. She also announced that she had enough valid evidence to fight the case, but her legal team advised against publishing it.
