If you’re a TikTok user, you’ve probably seen buzzy health brand Bloom Nutrition in ads or “day in the life” videos. The company is known for its green powder, which it claims will boost your health Immunitypromotes Digestive health And ease Bloating. Here is my honest review of Bloom Greens.
I was provided with two flavours Bloom Nutrition Greens & Superfoods powder. As someone who already drinks greens powder every morning, I’ve experienced the benefits of starting the day with an extra serving of vegetables, plus a supplement Vitamins, Nutrients, Probiotics, Antioxidants and Adaptogens (Herbs that help you respond to stress better) – All ingredients found in the best greens powder. Since I’ve been drinking greens powder consistently, I’ve noticed an increase in energy, and I feel like my gut health has improved as well.
I stopped drinking my regular greens powder to try a social media-famous greens powder for a week. Here is my honest review of Bloom Nutrition Greens.
What is greens powder?
Crushed greens It is a nutritional supplement that helps you get the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals found in vegetables and fruits Superfoods. People often turn to crushed vegetables as an easier way to get fruits, leafy greens, and other vegetables. Additionally, powdered greens often include probiotics, nutritional extracts, and herbs.
Add greens powder to 8 to 12 fluid ounces of water, juice, or other beverage to be consumed. If you don’t like the taste, try masking it with tea, juice, milk, lemonade, yogurt, or your favorite protein shake.
What is Bloom Nutrition?
I advise you to use an electric blender to mix the greens powder with your favorite drink.
Bloom Nutrition was founded in 2019 by a couple who wanted to create healthy supplements with high-quality ingredients that actually taste good. Today, Bloom Nutrition offers green powder, collagen peptides powder, whey protein isolate, pre-workout, high-energy pre-workout, matcha, mood enhancing vitamins, fish oil supplements and multivitamins.
For this review, I only tested Bloom’s Greens & Superfoods blend. The powder supplement is free of gluten, dairy, and soy. One 5-gram scoop of greens contains 15 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 0.6 milligrams of iron, and 5 milligrams of sodium. The powder then contains seven different blends of different nutrients. There are 1,606 grams of fiber blend, 1,367 grams of green superfood blend, 648 milligrams of prebiotic blend, 572 milligrams of fruit and vegetable blend, 550 milligrams of antioxidant blend, and 150 milligrams of digestive enzyme blend. Adaptogenic Blend 100 mg. Depending on the flavor, vegetables also contain 57 to 95 milligrams Stevia extract.
How much does Bloom cost?
For any flavor, a 30-day tub of Bloom Greens & Superfoods costs one $40And a 60-day bath at any flavor costs $75. This price does not include shipping. Flavor and texture
I tried the original and citrus flavours.
Bloom Greens & Superfoods Flavored Powder is very sweet. Compared to the original flavor, the citrus flavor is the best ever. I initially tried both flavors using just water, and the original taste was too earthy for my taste. The citrus flavor was better but it was a little too sweet for my taste. After some trial and error, I found that the best way to drink plum vegetables is to add them to orange juice. (I just have to add water to my greens powder every morning to enjoy it.) There’s a lot of stevia extract in one small scoop, and I’m not a fan of extreme sweetness, so I needed something. To help mask that flavour. No matter which Plum flavor you choose, I recommend mixing it with juice or smoothie. You will not be able to take it with water alone.
The texture is a little sandy, but depending on the liquid you use for mixing, it’s barely noticeable. It’s especially useful if you have a whisk or small electric mixer to help blend it. However, I found that if you didn’t drink it in less than 5 minutes, the greens powder would separate and sink to the bottom. I didn’t like it because the powder and flavor became too concentrated towards the end of the drink.
Does Bloom work?
I can’t say for sure if Bloom works. I didn’t see any changes in the bloating (I didn’t see improvements, but I didn’t see any worsening of the symptoms either). While Bloom Nutrition claims to help with bloating and digestion, these claims have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. I only tested the product for a week, and there is a possibility that if I had tested the product for longer, I would have seen more results. I also didn’t take it at the same time every day. For best results, try drinking the vegetable powder at around the same time.
However, Bloom may have the potential to work, but the servings of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and prebiotics are not strong enough. For example, The best probiotics on the market They contain between 100 million and 50 billion colony-forming units. Bloom’s added probiotics do not list CFU at all. In addition, Bloom has 1606 grams Fiber blendBut the mentioned amount of dietary fiber is only 2 grams, which constitutes only 7% of the daily recommended amount.
When comparing Bloom with another popular brand of greens powder, AG1Contender contains 7,388 milligrams of superfood blend and 2,732 milligrams of herb and antioxidant blend. Both are almost double what can be found in Bloom. Two scoops are equivalent to one scoop of competitor. Finally, the nutritional facts on the back of the Bloom Greens & Superfoods container also don’t tell you how many ingredients are in each blend.
Where to buy Bloom Nutrition
Thanks to its growing popularity, Bloom Nutrition can be purchased through its website Website, Amazon, goal or Walmart.

Here’s what you need to know before you buy Bloom Greens and Superfoods powder.
Pros of Bloom Nutrition Greens:
Cons of Bloom Nutrition Greens:
- Strong artificial taste
- Lacks powerful probiotics, vitamins and minerals
- Fresh servings of fruits and vegetables cannot be replaced
If you are considering using any Bloom Nutrition products, I encourage you to first research similar products on the market. Chances are there are better alternatives out there. However, compared to the best dried vegetable brands like – AG1 — Bloom Nutrition at a moderate price. If you’re just starting out with powdered greens and are looking for a place to start, Bloom may be the right choice for you.
On the other hand, if you need a supplement to help fill in the nutritional gaps in your diet, this dried vegetable brand is not for you. Although there is added fiber and iron in one serving of Bloom, there is not enough to make a difference for someone who has Iron deficiency Or it needs more fiber. There aren’t enough vitamins, nutrients, or probiotics added either. In my opinion, it is better to add Serve additional vegetables For your daily diet.
