Lively’s attorney claims the document was distributed by Baldoni’s crisis public relations director, Melissa Nathan, on August 2, 2024, with the aim of promoting “misleading counter-narratives.”

In a resurfaced interview, Justin Baldoni publicly admitted that he had an “unhealthy” relationship with pornography — a revelation that has gained renewed attention in light of Blake Lively’s sexual harassment allegations against him.
