The La Liga title in Barcelona enjoyed a significant increase this afternoon after it ruled the Higher Sports Council in the Spanish government – CSD – with the records of Danny Olmo and Bau Vigor were valid for the rest of the season.
CSD stood up to Barcelona, after the club resumed the Spanish Football Association (RFEF) and La Liga’s decision to cancel the sporting of the husband.
The Olmo and Victor plays temporary licenses until a final ruling is reached.
The Spanish FA FA and La Liga imposed the couple at the beginning after Barca failed to fulfill the deadline on December 31 for players ’records.
Barcelona statement wrote: “This Thursday, the Supreme Sports Council (CSD) supported the appeal submitted on January 7 by football players Danny Olmo and Bau Victor, as well as Barcelona, and the agreement delivered by the RFEF-Laliga Coordination Agreement.
“According to the rule of CSD,” it was clearly established in an indisputable manner during this process, after considering the parties’ arguments, that the monitoring committee was not eligible to take a decision on the previous visa, as well as the license requested by FC Barcelona.
Therefore, Dani Olmo and Pau VíCtor keep their correct licenses and will be able to continue playing matches with the team.
“It should be noted that since January 8, CSD has given an urgent precautionary procedure that allowed both players to continue their career naturally.”
