Pacer Manrich Nortje finally joined Kolkata Knight Rides (KKR) before the IPL 2025 season. Despite fears of its fitness after you lost the ICC 2025 Champions Cup due to a back injury, Anrich Nortje is now ready to make an effect on KKR in the next IPL 2025.
This is the second Nortje period with Kolkata Knight Rides, but it will be his first chance to pick up the stadium for defending championships next season, starting from March 22. In 2019, Proteas star was forced to withdraw from the tournament without playing one game.

The defense champions shared the heart video clip on their official handle x, where the Nortje franchise welcomed the team. Norte said in the video: “KKR was the first to support me, and it is great to be here (in Colkata) again. It is really excited about things to go and what is where it should be,” Norte said in the video.
“A beautiful place, a beautiful land that must be truly excited to look to that first match. It is clear that the most important thing at the present time is just a preparatory achievement, but it is good to take everything at the present time and we hope it will reach a successful season,” said Norji, his enthusiasm to play in the Gardens of Aden.
