Andrew Tate, influential online, known for his hate views of women, was accused of raping two women and threatening one of them with a pistol, in a claim to the Supreme Court in Britain.
The accusations are part of a civil lawsuit filed by the two women, and two others, last June against Mr. Tate. The Times obtained the details of their court claims before a hearing in the case in London on April 15.
The four British women sue Mr. Tate because of the alleged ill -treatment related to a period in which he lived in England, between 2013 and 2015. All four women accuse him of suffocating them, and two of them, one of whom worked with him at that time, accusing him of rape. Under British law, people who complain of sexual crimes are granted to hide identity unless they choose to waive them.
One of the women who worked in Mr. Tate’s web camera in 2015 said that Mr. Tate, a former passenger, raped her and hit her with a belt. The prosecution claims that he referred to her weapon while saying: “I am president” and “you will do as I say, or there will be hell to pay.”
A second woman, who was in a personal relationship with Mr. Tate in 2013, said that he raped her on two occasions. All the four women said that Mr. Tate suffocated them in various meetings, and two of them said that they had developed red spots in their eyes referring to the hemorpheses of bleeding.
In each of the court files and public data, Mr. Tate denied all accusations against him and said that any sexual contact was mutual.

Andrew Ford, the lawyer of Mr. Tate, said in a statement on Thursday that women’s claims will be fully disputed in court. He said that these allegations were accurately investigated by the police several years ago, and the prosecutors then decided that Mr. Tate did not accuse any crime.
In the court file, Mr. Tate denied that he threatened or forced women to acts that were not willing to implement. He said that the claim that he struck one woman with a “composed” belt, and denied her threat to a pistol.
Women seek damage to assault and battery and deliberately harm, and they said they have suffered from mental pressure and humiliation.
Two of them said they were recruited by Mr. Tate between December 2014 and April 2015 to work in his web camera, which included displaying their faces and bodies on a webcam for men online, who submitted requests for them for payment. The other two women said that they were in separate personal relationships with Mr. Tate in 2013 and 2014.
All women said in the claim that, at first, Mr. Tate was nice or charming. But with the passage of time, it became control or threatening. One of the women who worked with Mr. Tate said that he was restricting her food and movements. In the court file, Mr. Tate said that there was no timetable for a woman and that she could sleep or eat whenever she wanted.
Three of the women reported their accusations in 2014 of the local police, which were made in these allegations, according to their lawyer. The fourth joined the case later. However, the coronary prosecution service, the Independent Public Authority responsible for criminal prosecutions in England and Wales, decided not to be charged in 2019.

Only 2.6 percent of the rape allegations recorded by the police in England and Wales resulted in the prosecution of the year ending in March 2024.
Mr. Tate’s lawyers have argued that the case should not be heard by the Supreme Court because the alleged behavior occurred outside the legal statute of limitations for a period of three years of personal injury. Lawyers called on women the judges to use their estimated powers to hear the claim. They said that women in the court files fear “the aggressive presence via the Internet” of Mr. Tate and his followers, and accused him of threatening to issue their personal photos and details on the Internet.
“For years, these British women have been deprived by the police and CPS, while watching Andrew Tate’s influence grows,” said the jury, McCue Jurnes & Partners, which represent the claims. “They left without another option but to bring their case in the Supreme Court to finally get Tate.”
