It has been a very interesting week in the life of Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho, as the 20-year-old was left out of the Manchester derby but has now claimed one of the biggest prizes in football.
The Argentine talent is one of United’s brightest stars after making significant progress at the club during Erik ten Hag’s time at Old Trafford. The winger has already made 110 appearances for the Premier League giants, producing 23 goals and providing 13 assists.
Manchester United fans have high hopes for Jarnacho, but the youngster faced an embarrassing moment in his short career over the weekend.
The winger was not included in Ruben Amorim’s squad to face Manchester City on Sunday, as the Portuguese coach stated this Garnacho was ruled out of the big showdown due to training standardsamong his general demeanor around the first team.
This should light a fire under the Argentina international as it shows that United can go places under the former Sporting Lisbon boss as he clearly wants to establish a winning culture at Old Trafford.

This week provides a fresh start for Garnacho as Manchester United prepare to face Tottenham in the Carabao Cup on Thursday.
Despite his links to Atletico MadridIt has already gotten off to the perfect start for the 20-year-old, with the winger earning the 2024 Puskas Award for his stunning overhead kick goal against Everton at Goodison Park last season, according to reports. Sky Sports.

The Argentine star beat out players such as West Ham’s Mohamed Quddus and Inter Milan’s Federico Demarco to receive the award, which is highly regarded among the football community.
This is certainly a special moment in Garnacho’s career, but the 20-year-old now needs to get back into the good books with his manager ahead of two big games for the Manchester club this week.
