A new CBS News documentary explores efforts to bridge the gaps between Muslims and Jews

“Finding Common Ground: Muslims and Jews Bridge the Divide” showcases the work of NewGround, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that works to foster dialogue on divisive issues. The documentary comes amid heightened tensions following the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023 and the subsequent conflict. Aziza Hassan, the nonprofit’s executive director, and Andrea Hodos, its associate director, joined “CBS Mornings.”
