A major winter storm that hit the US mid-Atlantic states on Monday caused federal offices and public schools in Washington, D.C., to close for the day. The DC Snowball Fight Association took the opportunity to transform a public park into the “Great Meridian Cold Fight of 2025,” inviting residents to come out and throw some snowballs at each other.
