Aston midfielder Villa Morgan Rogers praised the “Hala” Thomas Tuchille and revealed how the New England manager wants the players to feel more connected to each other before the first German match on Friday.

England hosts Albania in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers at Wembley before welcoming Latvia in London after three days.

Rogers revealed that communication is one of the most prominent areas of Tuchel to improve the England team under his leadership.

“It will not be perfect. It was about sticking together, talking together and talking to people,” said Rogers.

“Just talk and be on the same page, and this makes a big difference when playing.

“I know this directly. Be in the clubs you were, with the presence of the leaders who owned the wear rooms and on the field, the presence of this person who talks to you constantly helps me definitely. It helps you reach a sticky moments.”

Rogers, who scored seven goals for the Unai Emery team in the league this season, added that Tuchel was “very clear and transparent” in the team’s meetings.

The 22 -year -old said: “The main thing that I took from that is about the love and commitment he wants from us, and how he wants us to be a family, and how he wants us to be soon and connected,”

“Existence is a little different. Some managers have different ways from them. Certainly, his aura is one that I have not tested before. This is different from what I have faced before.”
