London -based Indian professional refuses to return to the office full time, calling what it considers the old companies system and drains financially. In the viral LinkedIn function, Tarona in the 25 -year -old explained that she will not spend her salary on exorbitant transportation costs in London just to sit at virtual meetings.

“I will not work 5 or 4 days in the office,” she wrote. Although a good -wage job is held, she barely confessed to her end every month. “I am twenty -five years old, in a” good “profession, I live in London, and I still go out of my bills every month. Maybe I will never have a house. Climbing the ladder of companies? Not a dream exactly when jobs are filed at the top by people who do not retire until they retire.”

According to its personal file, LinkedIn, Vinaykiya is a global influential strategy director at the LEGO group. She holds a master’s degree in marketing from Durham University and BBA from Stella Maris College.

Vinaykiya takes the goal of the gap between generations in the benefits of the workplace. While the older professionals enjoyed privileges such as modified travel, commercial trips, stock options and real communication opportunities, she said that today’s workers leave a little more than desktop pizza. “So, remind me again, why should I make happily part of my salary for tax on the most expensive transport system in the world only to sit in an office and call calls online?”

Instead of waiting for change, Vinaykiya decided to control her career by moving to self -employment. “Fortunately, I was moving in the field of self -employment, and while it’s still early, this is the first time that I feel that I am judging the real in my work. Maybe this is the future, I do not chase the promotions in a system that does not work for us, but building functions on our own conditions.”

Her words hit a tendon, as many professionals echoed her fears. “What a great way to put this,” one of the commentators wrote, on the pretext that Gen Z does not throw anger – it is simply a reaction to broken systems. Another user added, “I agree completely, but I am the millennium and I never got these privileges!”

Some admitted the value of office reactions, but they agreed to their basic points. One user said: “There are days when you are in consecutive calls, and moving to the office only for him is meaningless.”
