Trump says that “many elements” agreed to Putin before a call

US President Donald Trump says that “many elements” of the peace agreement in Ukraine were agreed with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, before his expected phone call on Tuesday.

Trump posted on the social truth that he will speak with Putin on Tuesday morning.
