After completing his studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Returning from the United States in 2005, Paula became a young pioneer in the India Command Program to Combat Poverty and Unemployment, and train more than eight youths of Cham in leadership, human values ​​and employment skills.

He also designed and implemented the Braille Library in Hyderabad using grants from the Legatum Center at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and participated in the establishment of the Samanvay Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities in Hyderabad in 2011, and in 2012, Bollant Industries began a capital of only $ 19,000.

Since its foundation in 2012, the company has grown at a fixed rate of 20 percent per month, with an annual growth rate of 107 percent from 2015 to 2019.
