Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in his Saturday evening speech that Russia has begun deploying North Korean soldiers in its operations in the Kursk region. Zelensky added that he had heard that North Korean soldiers may be being used “in other parts of the front line” and that they had already suffered heavy casualties.
