The superstar singer recently got the green light to trademark her 12-year-old daughter’s name, Blue Ivy, which sources believe will allow the soon-to-be teen to have a career that is “strong” but “adaptable to her future aspirations.”

Prior to this latest approval, Beyoncé had made two attempts to secure the trademark but faced various complications.

The “Texas Hold ‘Em” singer previously attempted to trademark the name on two separate occasions but ran into obstacles that have now been resolved.

Now she is keen to move forward with the process in the wake of her husband Jay Z’s involvement in rape allegations.

Public relations expert Grace McCormick, founder of Lightfinder PR, told the newspaper that Beyoncé’s decision to move forward with the Blue Ivy brand “reflects her keen awareness of personal branding and building a legacy.”

The Lightfinder PR founder also hinted that the singer has already begun to brand her daughter by bringing her into the “public consciousness as an emerging talent” through “surprise performances” during her Renaissance World Tour.

“She articulates her understanding of intellectual property in a way that protects her family and aligns with her brand narrative of empowerment and ownership,” she added of Beyoncé.

According to McCormick, Beyoncé’s fans can expect to see the singer continue to shape her daughter’s career, which already features an impressive resume that includes narrating a New York Times best-selling book and landing a lead role in “Mufasa.”

“Collaborating on charitable initiatives, gradually introducing creative projects, and providing opportunities for Blue Ivy to speak or appear independently will help shape its narrative,” the PR expert said.

“By mixing mentorship with moments that allow Blue Ivy to shine independently, Beyoncé is not only providing a professional foundation for her daughter, she is also setting an inspiring parenting example in the public eye,” she added.

McCormick went on to say that Beyoncé’s decision to trademark her daughter’s name will ensure it is not used for “unauthorized purposes” that would “harm her reputation or exploit her identity.”

The move will also help the family “build a consistent and authentic brand narrative” for Blue Ivy no matter what endeavors it intends to use it for.

Since the accusations against Jay-Z, the family has presented a united front, including attending the premiere of Blue Ivy’s “Mufasa” in Los Angeles.

The same insider also confirmed that the couple is “working with a crisis professional who is advising them on how to deal with this” to help them get to the top.

The allegations against Jay-Z allege that he and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs took turns having non-consensual sex with a minor at the VMAs in 2000.

He has vehemently denied the rape allegations, describing them as a “blackmail attempt” to extort money from him.

The rapper has since filed several requests to dismiss the case and for the name of the accused to be revealed by the court.

However, those demands were rejected, and the judge strongly rebuked his lawyer, Alex Spiro, for his choice of words when addressing the alleged victim and his attempt to speed up the judicial process.

Jay-Z also filed lawsuits against the victim’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, initially accusing him of extortion and later amending the suit to include a defamation claim.

In a lengthy statement denying the rape allegations against him, Jay-Z spoke about his wife and children and how difficult the lawsuit was for them.

“My only sadness is for my family,” the rapper said. “My wife and I will have to sit down with our children, one of whom is at the age where his friends will surely watch the press and ask questions about the nature of these allegations and explain people’s cruelty and greed. I am saddened once again by the loss of innocence.”

He added: “Children should not have to endure such a thing at a young age. It is unfair to try to understand the inexplicable degrees of malice aimed at destroying families and the human spirit.”
