Venezuelan opposition leader Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia meets with Argentine President Javier Miley on Saturday, days before Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is inaugurated for a third term following disputed July elections. The United States and the European Parliament recognized Gonzalez Urrutia as the legitimate president of Venezuela, as did Argentina, Costa Rica, and Uruguay.
