Dominique Bellico, convicted in a gang rape trial in France, will not appeal the ruling

Seventeen of the 50 other men convicted in the case — most of them for participating in the rape of Gisèle Pellicott, Mr. Pellicott’s then wife — have filed an appeal, according to one of the lawyers.
