The actor had dinner with family and friends at Mr. Chow restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, but became angry when a picture of an old man was displayed on his table. In an attempt to remedy the situation, an unknown person threw a bottle at him, hitting him in the face.

Sources have now revealed that Jamie Foxx is looking to press charges as investigations continue.

Foxx is reportedly looking to press charges against the person who left him needing stitches after throwing a glass at him during his birthday dinner with loved ones at Mr. Chow.

The movie star had gotten into a fight on the aforementioned day when crew members from the “Jackass” production company pointed a “p-nis laser pointer” at his desk and showed an obscene picture.

He was apparently “upset” and went to figure things out when someone in the group threw a glass at him and left him needing stitches.

A source said now TMZ That the “Django Unchained” actor is “fully cooperating with the investigation” and that he “wants to press charges so that this type of incident does not happen to others.”

According to the news outlet, investigations into the case are still ongoing as police have not yet arrested or named a suspect in connection with the incident.

Law enforcement has reportedly recovered video evidence from the popular celebrity hotspot but is still speaking to interested parties.

Reports claim they are now looking to speak with “Jackass” actor Jasper Dolphin, who was at the restaurant the night of the incident.

Although some reports claim that Foxx only went to talk things out, another source connected to the Jackass crew claimed that he had backup with him when he went to address the situation, and things quickly became physical and tense between the parties involved.

“Although the crew has the utmost respect for Jimmy, the version of events that was presented is completely inaccurate and completely unfair to those who attended their holiday celebration that night,” said attorney Brian Friedman, who represents Dickhouse Productions.

Finally, Foxx opened up about his mysterious health scare in his Netflix comedy special, “What Happened Was…” The comedian revealed that he suffered a “brain hemorrhage that led to a stroke” and was unconscious for 20 days.

“I was fighting for my life,” he explained. “April 11, I had a bad headache, and I asked my son for an aspirin… before I could get the aspirin… I went out. I don’t remember 20 days.”

The Oscar-winning actor said he was on the verge of death and was in a coma for several weeks.

After seeking medical care, he met with a doctor at Piedmont Hospital who told him that he “suffered a brain hemorrhage that led to a stroke.”

The doctor said at the time: “If I don’t intervene in his head now, we will lose him.”

After surgery, Fox shared that the doctor told his sister, Deidra Dixon, “You were right. Your prayers are answered. We haven’t found where it’s coming from, but he’s having a stroke. He might be able to do this.” “He makes a full recovery, but it will be the worst year of his life.”
