However, players encountered several new bugs once the game finished, affecting the trophy count system in multiplayer attacks. To address this issue, Supercell has issued an emergency maintenance outage.

The initial maintenance outage occurred on December 19, 2024, at 8:30 AM (UTC+0). The following errors were supposed to be addressed:

  • Even after putting snow on the obstacles, there was no snowfall effect.
  • Moving or clicking on obstacles was causing incorrect sounds.
  • The recurring Builder Apprentice function in Heroes was not working when players were offline for an extended period.
  • Lab Assistant was not working when players were logging into the game.

Supercell published a post about this maintenance outage and the issues it was supposed to address on the title’s social media handles. The developer has stated that it will try to make the downtime as short as possible.

After 40 minutes, the address servers were back online. Supercell informed players about this on social media and asked them to install optional update 16.654.16, which should fix all the bugs.

The situation took an unexpected turn when those who installed this update came across new bugs that affected the trophy count mechanism in multiplayer raids. Supercell announced an emergency maintenance shutdown to address the issue that has been ongoing for more than two hours.

According to the latest developer update, the team is working to understand the impact of the prize count bug and how they can address affected accounts.
