The founders of the investment managers in Marilus Surab Mukherjia seemed to warn the consent of the middle -class workforce in the face of the disorder moved by artificial intelligence.
Using the job index in Naukri as a measure, Mukherjea explained that while the West faces a deficiency in the Labor Party, the aging of the population, and India, with an average age of 28 and 10 million graduates every year, facing a “more worrying” position.
“This is the nature of the free market economies – disturbing situations will develop, but what makes me more turbulent is that it does not seem to have a great awareness that the situation is concerned.”
Mukherjia pointed out that although children between the ages of 22 to 23 are from hunting jobs in an understandable way, he is concerned that professionals in the 1930s and 1940s-those who are already suffering from their professional lives-are not financially planning for a future that job security will lead quickly.
“I do not hear a lot of financial planning for them … believing that I am forty years old today, I have 20 years of working life, and I need to think very carefully about my money.”
He pointed out that spending habits on holidays, electronics and cars seem incomplete with modest savings rates.
He warned, “The debts of the middle class in India, instead of savings, are among the highest in the world,” adding that the net financial savings of the family are at the lowest level in 50 years.
Mukherjia expects that many white workers will soon find themselves working for their own account, such as lawyers, accountants or financial planners today. “I have been in India for 10 years, and then journalists, engineers, programmers and robot coaches – everything will be this way,” he said.
Repeated tasks, especially in sectors such as human resources, are increasingly automated by artificial intelligence.
“Firstly, IT and banking services services companies, then the role of the media, the human resources shop, will replace robots,” said Mukherjia, warning that stable office functions can be moved quickly to independent roles based on conditions.
Quoted by the former Google Eric Schmidt CEO, Mukherjea indicated that within five years, programmers may not be needed.
He said: “I feel that India” is between 2-3 years, and then India will have to re-amend quickly … moving from “graduation and finding a job” to “graduation and becoming a pioneer.”
