The UK Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that the UK law defines a “woman” as a person who generates a female biological, and supports an appeal by a Scottish group that challenged legal recognition of sexually transgender women. The ruling means that a transgender person with a certificate recognizes as a female should not be considered a woman under the Equality Law. Cameel Knight has more.
