Swiggy and the Ministry of Labor sign a memorandum of understanding to obtain disturbing economy jobs

Delivery of food and fast trade platform Swiggy The Ministry of Labor and Employment signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MO) in New Delhi, which enhances employment links in the annoying sector and logistical services through the National Job Service Portal (NCS). Under the Memorandum of Understanding, Swiggy will publish the roles verified, support roles, and support them directly on the NCS portal through the API integration in actual time, ensuring smooth functionality lists and tracking applications. The Minister of Federation, Dr. Mansukh Mandafia, highlighted this as a “profitable model for both sides”, where Swiji was able to reach a variety of talents and skill while enhancing job vision for researchers throughout India. The NCS portal, which includes more than 1.25 crimes of active job seekers and 40 registered employers, plays an important role in mobilizing the workforce.

The Memorandum of Understanding represents an important step in expanding the NCS gateway to the fast -growing rapid economy, providing flexible and located opportunities for millions of young people. Swiggy’s commitment includes mobilizing more than 12 job opportunities in the next 2-3 years through the gate.

The Chief of Companies Affairs at Swiggy Dinker Vashisht praised this model for the public and private sectors, saying that he will enhance access to structured lines, digital empowerment and luxury of workers.

Fashisht pointed out: “Swiggy’s journey shows how digital entrepreneurship can transform its livelihoods. The memorandum of understanding will enable job seekers and comply with our commitment to the comprehensive growth in the new era economy.”

The integration between Swiggy and the NCS gate will be based on API, ensuring the tracking of smooth applications and functions in actual time. The partnership aims to support the organization on board, digital empowerment, and awareness of workers’ welfare plans. Dr. Mandafia also emphasized the government’s vision of NCS as one solution to employment, skill and consultation, who is able to match terrorist and support both local and international places.

As part of a series of agreements with employers and platforms for the private sector, this memorandum of understanding embodies a totally approach to bridging the gap between job seekers and employment opportunities.
