Ukraine says 32 was killed in a Russian ballistic missile strike on Sumi

Officials said at least 32 people were killed in a Russian missile strike in the Ukrainian city of Sumi on Sunday.

Baliti missiles hit the city’s heart around 10:15 am local time, as people gathered to celebrate the entertainment Sunday, according to officials.
