The Constitutional Court of South Korea has restored Prime Minister Han Dac Soo as the country’s prosecutor, which led to his neglect.

Han’s isolation was primarily due to tensions with opposition legislators and accusations of neglecting constitutional duties by not appointing three additional judges.
