Now that the antibiotics have performed its function, I went back to riding the full mile. Yesterday it was the difficult day. But something I read recently, we realized that I was doing something wrong. I was riding long (two hours+) to ride difficult horse, with time and race breaks at the end after hours of rapid sailing. This means that my leg was always tired when it started the most difficult part. If you instead the race and periods on the fresh legs after the short warm -up, I will be able to push more strongly and get more benefits. I did this during my last solid ride, which is great. It is too early to know if it will lead to better results, but I enjoy it more. A long, rapid lamp is now reserved for other days.

The Metcalf Energy Power Station, about 10 miles from the house, was working hard this morning. When the atmosphere is cold, the steam is sometimes suspended near the ground instead of height in a column.
A beautiful garden in the neighborhood across the street from my house. Through Lombardy Poplars, there is a Miramonte Villa, also known as colloquially as “Morgan Hill House”. This previous historical housing of the names of our city is now a nice museum.
